Donaldson P171807 Hydraulic Filter
- Hydraulic filters are design to remove particles, debris, and contaminants from the hydraulic fluid. These contaminants can include dirt, metal particles, and other impurities that may compromise the efficiency and functionality of the hydraulic system. Some hydraulic filters include a bypass valve that allows hydraulic fluid to bypass the filter element if the pressure drop across the filter becomes too high. This prevents a sudden loss of fluid flow in case the filter becomes clogged.
